What is Bootcamp?
Okay, we’re not going to lie: You need to show up to a Bootcamp class prepared to work hard. Our workouts are FUN, TOUGH, MOTIVATING, and will leave you wanting more!
They are also efficient—way more effective than yet another uninspired hour on the big box gym treadmill. Our workouts utilize the theory of high-intensity interval training (also called HIIT) to continually challenge your muscles and keep your heart rate up. Not only do you burn a ton of calories during the workout, but you will continue to burn more calories for hours after you have finished the workout. HIIT is effective—and it works! Just ask our members; the results are clear and consistent.
If you are looking to improve your health & fitness, gain muscle, lose fat, feel better, live longer, our program is for you!
No exercise (or CrossFit) experience is needed, only the willingness to put in the hard work and stay committed.
Our gym is conveniently located in the heart of Lakewood off of Colfax and Wads with easy access from, Edgewater, Highlands, Wheat Ridge, Golden, and Arvada.
