Join us for our fun and interactive 3-week CrossFit Beginners Program kicking-off Saturday, July 1st at 10am!

Our 10-day course will cover the foundations of exercise, nutrition and how to lose weight and feel great!

Whether you are a former athlete who has lost your motivation, a stay at home mom, someone who hasn’t worked out in a decade or you are looking to take your fitness to the next level our program is infinitely scalable to your skill set and goals. We pride ourselves on being able to offer one of the most supportive community atmospheres to help you reach your goals.

The 10-day program held over the course of 3-weeks. Each class is between 60-75 minutes long. Our Beginners Program is a required course for all new members, however, if the following days and times don’t work for your schedule we also offer an accelerated 3-day course that is done in a one-on-one setting (please inquire about scheduling).

Once the Beginners Program is completed, you will have the tools and the skill-set to take part in our daily group workouts!

Day 1: Saturday (July 1st) 10am FREE – Intro to CrossFit

Day 2: Tuesday (July 4th) No Class
Day 3: Thursday (July 6th) 7pm
Day 4: Saturday (July 8th) 10am
Day 5: Tuesday (July 11th) 7pm
Day 6: Thursday (July 13th) 7pm
Day 7: Saturday (July 15th) 10am
Day 8: Tuesday (July 18th) 7pm – Review Session
Day 9: Thursday (July 20th) 7pm – CrossFit Class
Day 10: Saturday (July 22nd) 10am – Nutrition Class

Three missed days are allowed.

Day 2 – Day 10: $140 (Includes remainder of months dues and Nutrition Class)

Option 2: One-on-One Beginners Program
Day 1 (Intro to CrossFit): FREE!
Day 2 & 3: $200 (Includes remainder of months dues and Nutrition Class)

*Family member add-on for foundations is $100 for the first person $50 for each additional (same household and single payment source).
