Time for another monthly challenge! This time we are changing it a bit, you’re flying solo!
Goal: in the month of February accumulate 1000 lunges and 1000 core related exercise.
It equals 36 of each a day and remember you can do it anywhere, BUT if those movements are in the WOD they DO NOT COUNT :)
We will include planks and hollow holds. 15 sec hold counts for 1 rep.
