CrossFit Lakewood members enjoy a variety of benefits from group fitness to personalized instruction. Our membership is structured to help everyone grow, based on their specific goals and athletic ability.

In class we teach CrossFit: Constantly Varied, Functional Movements performed at a High Intensity. All the while being done in a fun and dynamic group setting. Our coaching also reaches out into your life in whatever sense you may need regarding your fitness. For some this may be motivation or accountability to their fitness, while for others it may be coaching on making the correct, healthiest choices while traveling.

CrossFitter Drop-in/Out of Towner

If you are an avid CrossFitter looking to train at CrossFit Lakewood you need to meet our prerequisites first. They are:

  1. You have been through some type of comprehensive “Skills” program at a registered CrossFit Affiliate.
  2. You have at least 3 months of training at a registered CrossFit Affiliate.
  3. You know your maxes for all your lifts (Power, Olympic and CF specific).

If you meet all our requirements you may come in for a class. A drop in fee will apply (we have weekly and daily rates). If you are looking to join your drop-in fee can be used toward enrollment if you decide to join. You must email us first. Please indicate the day and time you would like to attend class.
