General Info

We have a very unique program at CrossFit Lakewood, so we start all prospective clients with a complimentary Intro Session. This is a 60-minute class that gives you a chance to see our facility, learn a bit about our methods and philosophy, and experience a CrossFit workout. It is a great way to see if CrossFit Lakewood is a good fit for you! We’ll also answer any questions you may have about memberships and pricing.

We will get back to you with our availability for the week (generally we can get you in Monday-Friday in the morning or evening).
