Three 30-min One-on-One Personal Training Sessions  $150  3 (30min) 1-on-1’s “Skill Sessions” designed to fit an individuals needs and schedule

Our Nutrition Coaching Program at CrossFit Lakewood, is truly one of a kind. Our Nutrition Coaching program is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to feel great, look great! The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans. There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements, but what if we could attain this confidence through learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? Behold, a teaching program to build life-long skills one step at a time!

Group Training Program Includes:

Access to ALL CrossFit classes

Each class consists of a group warm-up, strength-specific training, a timed conditioning component and ends with core work/cool-down.

Events, challenges and seminars

Offered monthly to help members continue their education and knowledge, motivate and encourage participation, meet new people and develop gym camaraderie (fees are occasionally additional). Examples of past events: Nutrition 101, Swimming 101, injury prevention, In-House competitions, Nutrition Challenges, guest speakers, “Avoiding Environmental Toxins”, Ladies Night, movie night and much more!!
