Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Milkshake
Perfect for Valentine's Day and so thick you can eat it with a spoon!
Servings: 2 people
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup milk use dairy free milk if desired
- 2 scoops SFH Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 cups ice
- 3 heaping tbs of peanut butter
- Put all ingredients into high powered blender and blend until smooth
- Texture is super thick so expect it to take a little bit to blend
- Add more milk if you want it to be a little less thick
- Enjoy solo or with your favorite protein lovin' buddy or significant other!
