Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Milkshake

Perfect for Valentine's Day and so thick you can eat it with a spoon!

Ingredients

  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup milk use dairy free milk if desired
  • 2 scoops SFH Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 cups ice
  • 3 heaping tbs of peanut butter

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into high powered blender and blend until smooth
  • Texture is super thick so expect it to take a little bit to blend
  • Add more milk if you want it to be a little less thick
  • Enjoy solo or with your favorite protein lovin' buddy or significant other!
