Pumpkin Protein Waffles

  • 1 scoop SFH protein vanilla flavor
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice


  • Turn on waffle maker
  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until well combined
  • Spray waffle maker with cooking spray and pour 1/4 of blended mix
