Quinoa & Steel Cut Oats (Crockpot)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup steel cut oats
  • .5 cup quinoa
  • 4.5 Cup almond milk
  • 2 tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 tbs. maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1.5 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  • Spray crockpot with non-stick spray
  • Rinse quinoa
  • Combine all ingredients into the crockpot and stir
  • Turn heat to low
  • Cook for six hours (if it cooks longer it will get mushy)
  • Optional: When ready to serve top with milk, berries, & nuts!
