Whether you are brand new to working out or a seasoned CrossFitter, the first step to becoming a member is our complimentary 'No-Sweat' Intro.This is a 30-min orientation to our gym and it will allow you to see our facility, talk with one of our certified Coaches, and meet some of the members that are part of our amazing community! We will go over your health & fitness goals, talk about your nutrition, address any injuries you may have, and get an overall better idea of how we can help and what program would best match your needs.

A great personal trainer helps you build a habit you’ll keep for life. After all, becoming a different person means doing things with you may not be comfortable with at first.
A good personal trainer is part coach, cheerleader, kinesiologist, physicist, and fan.
We’d like to think we know more about building habits and creating workouts that you’ll love than anyone else – we’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals. These days, we find ourselves doing a lot of things that others won’t – hey, everyone gets comfortable – and we keep pushing ourselves to find new techniques for our clients. We’re comfortable being uncomfortable. Even our personal trainers coach and train each other. Everyone needs a coach!
We have a philosophy when it comes to fitness. There are no shortcuts on the road to success (or fitness in this case) and we believe in teaching people the importance of longevity. CrossFit is an amazing training mechanism if it is applied correctly and we have perfected the “Art of CrossFit”.
Our brand of CrossFit is an EXCELLENT program that emphasizes efficiency and mastering movements, which all equate to getting fit. Our standards for coaching are the highest around and each class consists of a “coach-led” dynamic warm-up or mobility sessions, followed by work that leads into either a strength movement or skill practice. Once we have put in some hard work there, it is on to the conditioning a.k.a. “metcon” followed by a brief cool down.
A note about safety: Some of the movements are complex, and every CrossFit workout will test you. That’s why safety is always our (and every one of our coaches) first priority. Every workout is scalable, so you’ll always get a challenging workout, no matter your personal fitness level.
Our Nutrition program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. Our program can be completed in person or online!
Our Nutrition Coaching Program at CrossFit Lakewood is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting.”
Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too! The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information. There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements or a shake but what if we could attain this confidence through learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? Behold, a teaching program to build life-long skills one step at a time!
