30 Wall Balls
30 Lateral Burpees
600m Run
3 Rope Climbs

*Add 10 Wall Balls, 10 Burpees, and 3 Rope Climbs to subsequent rounds
Divide reps as needed between the three athletes. All three will run simultaneously.
