Conditioning:

AMRAP 13min
12/9 Cal Ski
100ft Prowler Push

Class will divide into 2-3 even teams (ideally 4-6 people/team).
Athlete 1 will Ski 12/9 Cals then go immediately into 100ft empty prowler push. As soon as athlete 1 finishes the Ski athlete 2 may start, and so on. Score will be total cals for the team.

Over 80% of people will regain the weight they worked so hard to lose. It doesn’t have to be this way.
