1-2 acclimation sets then
3@60%, 3@70%, 3+@80%

2) Knee Get-ups
3×8-10 each leg
Use weight if needed (1x or 2x KB)

Conditioning:

AMRAP 12min
75 Double-unders
50 Air Squats
25/18 Cal Row

Modify DU’s with:
115 SU or 90sec DU practice
