Conditioning:

5 Devil Press
100ft Backward Sled Drag

Devil Press Weight:
Athlete chooses
50’s/35’s/20’s/15’s

Weight on Sled:
Moderate and able to move the sled without resting

Similar to last week, class will divide into 2-3 even teams (ideally 4-6 people/team).
Athlete 1 will Ski 12/9 Cals then go immediately into 5 Devil Press then 100ft backward sled drag. As soon as athlete 1 finishes the Ski athlete 2 may start, and so on (follow the leader style). Score will be total cals for the team.

Over 80% of people will regain the weight they worked so hard to lose. It doesn’t have to be this way.
