3 Ingredient Paleo Waffles
Servings: 1 waffle
- 1 medium banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 TBS coconut flour
Add-ins for extra flavor (optional):
- Small dash of vanilla
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Mash bananas in a bowl then whisk in both eggs and stir in coconut flour.
Heat waffles iron and grease with butter or coconut oil
Place batter in middle of iron and cook for 2 minutes or until waffle iron top pulls off cleanly and waffle is golden brown.
