4 Ingredient Protein Pancakes
This is one of our favorite recipes! Quick, easy, and delicious!

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 scoop Ascent vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract **optional
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon **optional
Instructions
- Beat Eggs and Egg White
- Mix in applesauce, cinnamon, vanilla, oats and protein powder
- Place skillet on LOW heat
- Make 5 protein pancakes
- Optional: top with 1tsp almond butter (not included in nutrition fact label)
