Blueberry Protein Pancakes Bites

  • 1 cup Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix. Can use any pancake mix, but protien content will go down if different than Kodiak. We also like Birch Benders Gluten Free!
  • 1 scoop Ascent Protein Vanilla Powder
  • 2/3 cup 2% milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 spalsh vanilla


  • Mix all ingredients into bowl.
  • Scoop into 24 mini muffin tin – fill to top
  • Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
  • Best when served right way, but are still DELICIOUS when reheated
