Blueberry Protein Pancakes Bites
Servings: 24 mini muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix. Can use any pancake mix, but protien content will go down if different than Kodiak. We also like Birch Benders Gluten Free!
- 1 scoop Ascent Protein Vanilla Powder
- 2/3 cup 2% milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 spalsh vanilla
Instructions

Mix all ingredients into bowl.

Scoop into 24 mini muffin tin – fill to top

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes

Best when served right way, but are still DELICIOUS when reheated
