Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Servings: 4 small pancakes
Ingredients
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup rolled oats no pre-cooking necessary
- 3 eggs
- Splash of vanilla
Instructions

Get a bowl or, even better, use a blender.

Throw in all the ingredients and whisk/mix until smooth

Fry in a pan using a spray oil on low to medium heat.

Flip with a spatula once bubbles start to appear. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
