Crispy Peanut Butter Protein Bites

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup SFH vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Brown Rice Crisp cereal
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oat flour you can buy or make your own with a blender and whole oats


  • Mix all ingredients into a large bowl until well combined
  • Roll tightly into 1 1/2 inch balls
  • Mixture will be slightly crummy but will clump together when squeezed tightly into bite sized balls
  • Make a double batch and freeze the extras
  • Customize flavors with different nut butters, chocolate protein powder, etc.
