  • 1 pound organic chicken breasts
  • 2/3 cup panko
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Whisk egg
  • Trim fat on chicken breast then cut into 2 inch strips
  • Mix panko, salt and pepper in a zip-lock bag
  • Coat baking sheet with non-stick spray
  • Place chicken in egg wash then toss in the panko mixture
  • Place on a baking sheet
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes


Could substitute gluten free bread crumbs or use almond flour as a substitute for Panko (not depicted in Nutrition Facts).
