-Have your gym bag packed and ready to go before you leave for work
-Exercise at the same time every day, this will help reinforce the habit
-Have a healthy reward for post-workout (example: protein shake)
-Plan/Shop/Prep food the same day every week
-Have a positive mindset. Believe that you will achieve your desired outcome
-Use positive affirmations daily:
